Ticket On Departure
All flight tickets and travel documents are usually sent to you 2 weeks prior to your departure.
However, if you have booked close to your date of travel, your tickets will either be sent to you by special delivery if flying to Dakar or, if you are travelling to Banjul, you will need to collect your tickets at the airport.
Please note there is a £10 ticket on departure (TOD) charge for any bookings made within one week of departure. This will cover the cost of sending you your tickets by special delivery or arranging for them to be collected at the airport.
If flying to Banjul, the following arrangements have been made for you to collect your tickets and travel documents at your departure airport.
You must take the credit card used in your transaction to the airport with you, in order to collect your tickets.
London Gatwick - South Terminal
If travelling to Banjul, please collect your tickets from the Ace Handling representative who will be situated near your check-in desk located in the zone indicated beside your flight number on the departure screens. The Ace Handling rep will be wearing a Gambia Experience badge. Their desk is in zone G.
