Photography Workshops at Ngala Lodge
The Gambia Experience has joined forces with Focus-Gambia a company that twins professional photographers with vibrant photo-rich destinations, in turn devising expert-led holiday itineraries perfectly suited to both the beginner and the more experienced photographer.
The Gambia Experience and Focus-Gambia are running Photography Workshops at the Ngala Lodge Hotel on selected dates throughout 2009.
The next workshop is with professional photographer Glenn Edwards, a renowned photojournalist and a veteran of The Gambia, due to depart on Tuesday 9th June 2009 with places filling rapidly so please register your interest as soon as possible!
All trips are for 7-night duration (but extendable if required) and incorporate three set days of expert photographic tuition with all the usual social events and evening tutorials. The training days are interspersed with practise or experimental days; these are fully supported with drivers/guides and a choice of destinations and or events – fishing village; schools; market garden, bird watching etc. This unique combination enables those attending to balance learning with a distinctive photographic challenge or enjoy some personal holiday time.
These workshops are also very social events, which will suit couples (even those with non-photographic partners) and singles alike.
